The Sodexo team are seeking a Senior Property Management specialist to join our team as a Senior Property Manager in Gove Northern Territory.About the role:Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will be our property subject matter expert accountable for ensuring that Sodexo provides an effective and efficient property management service on behalf of our client for our residential and commercial leases. You will be accountable for the management of tenancy agreements, delivery of reporting to the client and regulatory bodies related to tenancy and lease management and will be a central point of contact for tenants to facilitate providing cost effective and efficient management of properties within the portfolio.This role may be considered Full-time Monday to Friday 5:2 Roster (Local Gove) OR Fly in Fly out from Darwin 14:7 Roster.About you:To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in end-to-end Property Management. You will have experience in processing end of month reports and have a thorough understanding of residential property management and relevant legislation. Ideally you will have experience in working in a high-volume agency. You are a positive, and effective communicator who has a strong work ethic and excellent customer service without compromising on quality or safety.Diligence and attention to detail are of high importance in this role as well as a sense of urgency for meeting deadlines.
